Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Melakukan audit dan analisa penerapan sistem operasional bisnis (end to end business) yang dijalankan di klien.
  • Memberikan rekomendasi dalam bentuk improvement terhadap hasil audit dan analisa yang telah dilakukan.
  • Membuat rencana program / project yang akan dijalankan diklien.
  • Melakukan supervisi terhadap implementasi program / project yang berjalan.
  • Mengevaluasi efektivitas program yang telah dijalankan.
  • Membimbing karyawan klien agar memahami proses pengelolaan operasional bisnis dengan benar.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal S1.
  • Pernah bekerja di perusahaan industri retail modern bidang elektronik, furniture, peralatan musik, perlengkapan IT, perlengkapan kantor, dekorasi dan pernak-pernik rumah (home & office hardware) skala nasional.
  • Telah menduduki posisi manajerial (struktural atau spesialis) min. Supervisor atau Manager selama 3 tahun.
  • Kemampuan level Leadership min. Production (berdasarkan John Maxwell's 5 Levels of Leadership).
  • Memahami operasional proses bisnis retail modern dan warehouse management system.
  • Memiliki komunikasi verbal asertif & non verbal bagus.
  • Bersedia berkantor di Surabaya.
  • Bersedia dinas keluar kota atau pulau sekitar 20 hari setiap bulan.
