Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Business Development Manager (Crypto Exchange). The role includes identifying and building partnerships, developing business strategies, and analyzing market trends to expand the company's presence. The manager will establish and nurture client relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals with operational strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years Experience in business development, partnership building, and client relationship management from CEX, Web3 or Fintech
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, digital financial assets, and related technologies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market trends and create growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management, planning, and executing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant field. An advanced degree is an advantage.
