Responsibilities
:

  • Determining strategic opportunities for improving business processes, based on audit outcomes, to minimize risks.
  • Leading the development audit programs to be carried out by the audit team to review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control framework.
  • Maintaining collaboration with stakeholders to identify areas of risk operations.
  • Monitoring the schedule audits and other necessary resources to ensure that the approved audit plan is timely accomplished.
  • Appropriately communicates the results of audit work to enable improvements in internal control and to provide assurance to the upper management.
  • Ensures that the audit reports are clear, correct, concise, concrete, complete, courteous, convincing, direct and timely.
  • Ensure that all agreed upon action plans are subsequently implemented
  • Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business Management or any related field.
  • Solid knowledge of operational process and operational audit techniques
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an Operations Quality Assurance Supervisor from Retail, Tech Company, E-commerce background.
  • Experience using tools, methods, and concepts of operations quality assurance.
  • Proven skills in leading operational audits.
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office, preferably Ms. Excel.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Ability to easily adapt in a constantly changing environment.
  • Have great attention to detail, are able to identify bottlenecks.
  • Good work in teams or independently.
  • Strong demonstrated supervisory and project management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and verbal and written communications skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills and problem solving skills.
  • Willing to work in the field with high mobility
