Loyo & Bondar proudly introduces The Savory Restaurant, located in Benoa, South Kuta.

We are seeking a
Marketing Specialist
who can build strong brand presence, attract the right audience, and translate creative ideas into measurable business results.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with solid F&B experience, a sharp eye for trends, and the ability to drive guest traffic through strategic and digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase guest traffic to the restaurant
  • Track performance, prepare regular reports, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies as needed
  • Work closely with the Head of the Restaurant Division to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Manage and grow the restaurant's social media presence (content planning, posting, and coordination with designers/photographers)
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers
  • Monitor competitors and stay up to date with current F&B market trends

Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in F&B, restaurant, or hospitality marketing (mandatory)
  • Willing to share case studies and examples of previous work
  • Strong visual awareness and understanding of social media trends
  • Proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa)
  • English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent
  • Experience working in expat-led businesses or international teams is a plus
