About the Role
.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic
Head Airpay
to lead our digital payment platform and drive growth across our wallet and payment gateway ecosystem.

This role will be responsible for managing key partners, developing payment infrastructure, and ensuring seamless integration between our internal platforms and external service providers within the
VAS (Value-Added Services)
industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall business strategy, operations, and performance of
    Airpay
    , LinkIT360's digital payment division.
  • Oversee the development, enhancement, and management of
    wallet payment
    and
    payment gateway
    systems.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with payment partners, telco operators, financial institutions, and fintech partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations related to electronic payments and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, and Business Development) to support digital monetization initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (transaction volume, partner performance, and revenue growth).
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative solutions to strengthen Airpay's position in the market.
  • Lead and mentor the Airpay team to achieve both short-term and long-term strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Management, Information Technology, or related fields
    .
  • Minimum
    5–8 years
    of experience in
    Payment Gateway
    ,
    Wallet
    , or
    Fintech
    industry, with at least
    3 years in a managerial role
    .
  • Proven track record in
    partner management
    ,
    business development
    , or
    digital payment operations
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    VAS (Value-Added Services)
    and telecommunication industry ecosystems.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
