Who We Are Desty's mission is to make digital commerce available for everyone. Founded in September 2020, in the midst of the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic, we see the urgent needs of a great tool for a fast-growing community of people who want to start their own business. Our solution is a digital platform that serves as a single online destination for creators, influencers, and merchants to promote and sell their products.  Desty currently offers two products, a landing page generator called Desty Page and Desty Store, a service that allows users to create an online store complimentary to marketplaces. 
Our founding team members are all Internet and e-commerce veterans, with extensive experience from well-known Chinese, SEA & US tech companies such as Alibaba, Google, Facebook, Gojek, Lazada, etc. We currently operate HQ offices in both Jakarta and Hangzhou, China.

For this position, we are looking for passionate individuals to be our Merchant Ops Intern. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a big interest in contents, especially food contents. Someone who thinks outside the box or... without the box. Have fun exploring with us how through improving contents can help Desty to reach its business goals.
Responsibilites:
  • Assist in the process of setting up clients' products on our dashboard.
  • Support in handling client products between several registered Marketplaces to our dashboard.
  • Help to maintain and check all the stock operations
  • Cooperate with internal team and merchants, output product manuals, operation methods and other content, and train merchants through online/offline activities.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate from any related major. 
  • Driven, creative, flexible, discipline, organized and responsible, and Merchant Oriented
  • Use your own device(s).
  • Familiar with startup, software, and merchant related industry.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual.
  • Good english communication skill.
  • Able to do Hybrid working system. 
  • Can join ASAP.
