Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bogor for an Account Manager. The individual in this role will manage client relationships, address customer needs, and actively seek opportunities to expand the company's client base. Responsibilities include maintaining existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Regular reporting, coordination with cross-functional teams, and meeting sales targets are integral aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in strategic sales planning, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and business development.
  • Ability to analyze client needs, provide customized solutions, and address customer feedback.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work under pressure while achieving sales targets.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in the laboratory equipment industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and trends to bring added value to clients.
