Accounts Payable & Account Receivable Officer

We are looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer, for a leading furniture manufacturer to handle invoice processing, payments, collections, and expense reimbursements while ensuring smooth financial transactions and process improvements within our Shared Services Center. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers and requires attention to detail, organization, and proactive problem-solving. 

Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile payable accounts and address any discrepancies.
  • Maintain updated supplier records and foster strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and financial controls.
  • Track outstanding payables and assist with cash flow projections.
  • Manage employee expense reimbursements while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the AP process.
  • Generate and manage customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue balances.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline collections.
  • Prepare reports on receivable aging and assist in forecasting cash inflows
Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Must willing to be placed in West Java 
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus
