Our client, Project 1945, is a fragrance company that produces and sells Eau de Parfum (EDP) inspired by the richness of Indonesian culture. They are currently offering an opportunity for top professionals to join their team as a Finance Tax Staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia) is a plus
  • Experience with multi-channel sales (retail, consignment, online) is a plus
  • Microsoft Excel: MUST be proficient (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas)
  • Accounting software: Experience with any accounting software preferred
  • Google Workspace: Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, Drive
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (double-entry bookkeeping)
  • Familiarity with Indonesian taxation basics is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Record all daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses) across multiple channels

● Process and verify invoices, receipts, and payment documentation

● Execute bank reconciliations (e-commerce and offline channels)

● Input and track accounts receivable and accounts payable

● Process petty cash transactions and maintain petty cash records

● Prepare payment lists for FAT Staff approval

● Generate and issue invoices for consignment partners, retail accounts, and B2B customers

● Track and record incoming payments across multiple channels (bank transfers, marketplace

settlements, consignment payments)

● Reconcile marketplace settlements (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) against sales reports

● Monitor consignment payment cycles and settlement schedules for each retail partner

● Track stock on consignment and coordinate with Operations on BAST (delivery handover)

documentation

● Prepare weekly AR aging reports tracking outstanding payments by channel and partner

● Follow up on routine collections with consignors and resellers

● Monitor payment compliance against agreed terms and flag overdue accounts

● Escalate overdue accounts to FAT Staff with recommended actions

● Maintain organized AR documentation (invoices, payment confirmations, BAST documents)
