Key Responsibilities:

Implementation

  • Handle end-to-end system setup for new clients, from requirements gathering to go-live.

  • Configure system modules, workflows, and user permissions via the HRMS interface (for standard implementation)

  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering team to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client requirement (for clients with customization)

  • Test and verify configurations before handover to ensure system accuracy and readiness.

  • Maintain structured documentation of implementation processes and client configurations.

Client Support & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and early adoption phases.

  • Provide client training, answer configuration questions, and ensure successful platform adoption.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams during pre-sales for customized projects.

  • Share recurring client feedback or feature requests with the Product team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, or product operations — preferably within SaaS HRIS or similar HR technology platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail and precision in configuration and data handling.

  • Comfortable performing operational tasks that require consistency and accuracy.

  • High initiative and ownership mindset — able to identify what needs to be done without being told.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with both clients and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data formatting, validation, and cleaning).
