Role Overview:

One of our clients is seeking an
Offline Media Implementation Specialist
to support the flawless execution of offline advertising campaigns across Southeast Asia. This role is execution-focused and administration-heavy, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant deployment of traditional media campaigns.

You will work closely with internal teams, media agencies, and external vendors to manage the operational, scheduling, and documentation aspects of campaign implementation across channels such as TV, Radio, Out-of-Home (OOH), and Print.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end offline media campaigns (TV, Radio, OOH, Print), ensuring deployment aligns with approved media plans
  • Maintain and manage the master campaign timeline, calendars, and all implementation milestones
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics, asset delivery, and campaign rollout
  • Manage creative asset submissions, track versions, and conduct essential QC checks before release
  • Collect, verify, and archive all proof-of-performance materials (air checks, photos, print tearsheets) for reporting
  • Support reporting needs by organizing and documenting campaign deployment data
  • Handle financial administrative tasks including invoice processing, PO tracking, and media placement documentation
  • Identify and support process improvements across implementation workflow, asset management, and reporting
  • Ensure all executions comply with internal processes, timelines, and campaign governance standards

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience executing or supporting offline media campaigns (TV, Radio, OOH, Print)
  • Strong project coordination ability with experience handling multiple deadlines
  • Familiar with offline media workflow: asset submission, QA checks, tracking, and POP documentation
  • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for scheduling, organizing campaign data, and financial tracking
  • Experience handling basic financial admin—POs, invoices, expense tracking
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with agencies, vendors, and internal teams
  • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and able to work under tight timelines
