About the Role:

This is an execution-focused and administration-heavy position, ensuring the seamless, organized, and

compliant deployment of all offline media campaigns. The Specialist will serve as the central project

manager and administrative backbone during campaign implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Implementation Management

 Manage end-to-end execution of pre-planned offline media campaigns across channels (e.g., TV

& OOH), ensuring deployment aligns precisely with media plans.

Timeline and Calendar Ownership

 Maintain the master campaign implementation schedule and calendar.

 Track milestones and ensure timely deployment across all media placements.

Creative & Quality Control (QC) Process

 Manage creative asset submission and version tracking.

 Conduct essential QC checks prior to release.

Proof of Performance Documentation

 Collect, verify, and report live proofs such as photos, air checks, and print tearsheets to confirm

campaign execution.

Stakeholder Coordination

 Act as the central liaison between internal teams, media buying agencies, and external vendors

to coordinate logistics and asset delivery.

Financial Administration

 Manage administrative documentation related to campaign finances, including invoice

processing, PO tracking, and ensuring proper financial closure.

Position Requirements:

Candidates in this role should:

 Have 2–3 years of experience supporting the execution and administrative management of

media campaigns, ideally across offline channels (TV & OOH).

 Demonstrate strong project coordination skills, capable of managing timelines and multiple

deadlines simultaneously.

 Be responsible for maintaining financial documentation, including accurate tracking of POs,

invoices, and media placements.

 Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) for smooth coordination and clear

presentation of campaign documentation.

Domain-Specific Skills

: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for managing schedules, organizing campaign data, an

dtracking financial documents

. Familiarity with media campaign workflow, including asset submission, QA checks, and proof-ofperformance collection

. Understanding of basic financial administration (invoice processing, PO tracking, expens

edocumentation)

. Ability to organize and structure deployment information for reporting
