• Membalas chat yang masuk dan menggali kebutuhan customer terkait hunian
• Menawarkan unit apartemen yang relevan sesuai kebutuhan customer
• Mengajak customer untuk melakukan survey unit apartemen
• Menjadwalkan survey unit apartemen bersama customer
• Melakukan follow-up terhadap customer setelah survey dilakukan
