Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern Telesales position, located in Jakarta. The Intern Telesales candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining Borzo's services, and addressing customer inquiries. Daily tasks include customer service, managing sales calls, assisting with customer acquisition, providing support, and facilitating training sessions to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage.
  • Excellent Communication and Sales abilities.
  • Willingness to assist in customer training and onboarding initiatives.
  • Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Team player with a commitment to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with basic English proficiency being a plus.
