Job Description:

Handle user inquiries and complaints through live chat/emailEnsure user satisfaction through feedback and solutionInform users in case of website maintenance or any problems occurredCollaborate with internal team to handle complaints and other inquiries Analyze client's HR policies Adjust product feature and implement them per client's request

Requirements:

1 year of related working experience as a Payroll / Compensation Benefit. Fresh graduates from Accounting / Mathematics are also welcomeGood payroll knowledge is a mustPeople-oriented, proactive, and communicativeGood analytical, logical, and problem-solving skillsGood personality and emphatic

Working Arrangement: Hybrid
