Job Description:

Handle user inquiries and complaints through live chat/phone call/emailEnsure user satisfaction through feedback and solutionInform user in case of website maintenance or any problems occurredMonitor hard complaints and communicate with CS Team to reach out user and provide assistanceShare feature requests and effective workarounds with team membersFollow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolvedGather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teamsAware about SOP and Product Updates

Requirements:

1 year of related working experience as Customer Support. Fresh graduates from Accounting / Finance are also welcome to applyGood Accounting knowledge is a mustPeople-oriented, proactive, and communicativeGood analytical and problem-solving skillsGood personalityCustomer-oriented and cool-tempered
