We are currently looking for
Assistant Outsourcing Accounting Services

to join its growing team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client's financial statements, group consolidation and financial reporting, tax reconciliation, and tax return coordination in the audit process and filing of profits tax returns, support budget, and forecast activities when required
  • Prepare tax and government remittances forms and filing
  • Prepare check vouchers, checks and process payments
  • Manage payment processing and fraud prevention functions. Ensure accurate bank information
  • Meet project deadline and ensure high accuracy
  • Handle special and ad hoc projects and support managers when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Having internship experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge in MS Windows applications and financial reporting and payroll systems
  • Knowledge of taxation such as VAT and Income Tax
  • Desire to work in an international environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player with a positive attitude
  • Able to work overtime, if needed
  • Willing to travel, if needed
