Job Responsibility
1、Terminal store management: Assist in store planning, construction and management, including strategies and battle maps, SI specifications and implementation, position planning and construction, operation management, process indicator supervision, design and execution of display experience, and management of related expenses.
2、Retail marketing: Assist in terminal management of new product launches, promotion activity management, promotional product supply management, prototype management, in-store marketing, and management of related expenses.
3、Promotional personnel management: Assist in the construction of outsourcing organizations, personnel planning and allocation principles, assessment and incentives, personnel sales and productivity management, closed-loop personnel management, retail system operation and data application, and management of related expenses.
4、Retail training: Assist in internal and external FF personnel training, lecturer management, curriculum adaptation and development, training project management, training evaluation management, dissemination of excellent cases, and management of related expenses.
Job Requirements:
1.Fluent in Chinese, able to communicate smoothly with the headquarters;
2.With good expression skills and logical thinking.
3.Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree
