Job responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Assist in managing brand community platforms (social media groups, forums, chat groups), respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and friendly manner, and initiate discussions and encourage member participation.
- Content Creation & Support: Assist in creating posts and captions for community channels, support live event coverage through social media updates (Stories, photos, short videos), and help maintain the community content calendar.
- Event & Campaign Support: Assist in organizing and executing community events (meetups, workshops, product launches) and coordinate with community leaders, ambassadors, and partners.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track community growth, engagement, and sentiment, compile weekly or monthly reports for the community team, gather feedback from community members to improve future activities.
Job requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing or Communications
- Passion for technology, gadgets, and community engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media management and what happen trend / virality esp. Gen Z Trends.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in suggesting ideas.
- Willing to attend and support events, sometimes on weekends.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
