HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditiong) Engineer - Mandarin Speaker

Location:
Oppo Manufacturing Indonesia (PT. Bright Mobile Telecommunication), Tangerang

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and technical management of HVAC systems within the park/project, including fresh air, exhaust, air conditioning, chilled water, air compressors, and water supply/drainage systems.
  • Review HVAC-related design drawings, construction plans, and material specifications to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
  • Participate in or guide installation, commissioning, operation, and acceptance of HVAC equipment.
  • Prepare or review inspection, maintenance, service, and emergency response plans for HVAC systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during operations and optimize system energy efficiency.
  • Improve automation monitoring and system operations.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, structural, etc.).
  • Manage contractors and supervise service quality and contract execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Refrigeration, HVAC, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience in operations and maintenance for large industrial parks, complexes, factories, or commercial buildings is a plus.
  • Professional HVAC certifications (intermediate or above) are an advantage.
  • Certified Constructor or Registered Public Equipment Engineer (HVAC specialization) is a plus.
  • Special Equipment Operation Certificates (e.g., pressure vessel, refrigeration) are preferred.
  • Able to speak and communicate in Chinese Mandarin.
  • Familiar with HVAC system principles, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Able to create and manage small-scale engineering renovation plans.
  • Proficient in CAD, HVAC-related design software, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willing to travel and support overseas factory management.
