About the Role

Ayuta Samarthya is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic Event Organiser team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands client needs, manages end-to-end event processes, and leads internal teams to deliver high-quality event execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, requirements, proposals, and follow-ups.
  2. Develop event proposals, including concepts, flow, rundown, and supporting details.
  3. Create and manage event budgets, conduct vendor negotiations, and ensure cost control throughout the project.
  4. Coordinate internal teams and vendors, manage project timelines, and ensure progress aligns with expectations.
  5. Oversee on-site event execution to ensure it meets the agreed concept and company standards.
  6. Prepare post-event reports and evaluations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an Event Service Company.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in preparing event proposals and budgeting.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working under event deadlines.
  • Willing to work mobile during preparation and on event day.
  • English proficiency is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable engaging with both clients and vendors.
  • Ready to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
  • Self-starter with high initiative and the ability to work under pressure.
