This role focuses on our
internal event IPs
, not client events. You'll handle the full end-to-end process:
venue selection, event concept, budgeting and profitability, overall production flow, and reporting
.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end execution of our in-house festivals — from concepting to debrief.
  • Design event models that are both creatively excellent and financially viable.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing & Content to align vision and delivery.
  • Manage all production streams: timeline, vendors, permits, budgeting, venue, logistics.
  • Own on-ground execution — smooth flow, great experience, low risk.
  • Make real-time decisions, solve problems, and optimize outcomes.
  • Oversee team workflows and lead temporary support staff when needed.
  • Gather data, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in event management or production, with proven ownership of end-to-end events.
  • Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and profit-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to lead teams and perform under pressure.
  • Interest in or knowledge of lifestyle trends, blockchain/Web3, and health/longevity topics.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to travel.
