Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Product Executive (Ethical Product) to join our team in Cempaka Putih. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee product portfolio performance, conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, and contribute to marketing strategies. You will also support sales initiatives, collaborate with internal teams, and track product performance and sales KPIs to ensure successful market positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy / Apothecary / any relevant major
  • Min 1 year of experience in Product Management for Ethical Products
  • Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of market analysis and sales strategies
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or nutrition industry is an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
