Job Description

  • Possess a strong understanding of products and markets, and work strategically to drive sales growth.
  • Serve as the primary source of knowledge for the sales team regarding intensive training on products, clinical data, and sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and understand physician needs.
  • Develop annual marketing plans for each product and promotional strategies.
  • Create and update promotional materials for the sales team.
  • Prepare product performance and marketing activity reports for management.
  • Regularly accompany the sales team to visit physicians to obtain direct feedback from them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or post-graduate degree in Pharmacy
  • Min 3 years having experience as a Product Executive in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in dermatology, is an added advantage
  • Willingness to conduct visits and presentations to customers or HCPs.
  • Willingness to provide training to the sales team and other customers.
  • Able to collaborate and coordinate well with other teams and departments, including the Marketing team, sales team, and/or other related departments.
  • Disciplined, creative, and innovative.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • This role will be located in Jakarta (Halim Perdana Kusuma).
