Tanggung Jawab Sales Support :

  1. Membantu Tim Sales dalam mencapai target penjualan yang ditetapkan oleh Perusahaan
  2. Berkoordinasi dengan Tim Sales dan Marketing terkait jadwal serta pelaksanaan promosi
  3. Membantu menyiapkan bahan presentasi penjualan dan produk
  4. Menganalisis data penjualan untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan area yang perlu ditingkatkan
  5. Mampu membuat laporan penjualan (perhari, perminggu dan perbulan)
  6. Mencari dan mendapatkan pelanggan baru untuk memperluas basis pelanggan perusahaan
  7. Mengembangkan hubungan dengan pelanggan yang sudah ada guna meningkatkan loyalitas dan peluang bisnis
  8. Membantu proses pemesanan, dll

Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan Min. D3 Manajemen Pemasaran, Ekonomi & Bisnis / Setara
  2. Memiliki Pengalaman kerja dibidang Sales Min. 2 Tahun diutamakan di Industri Bakery atau Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant & Cafe)
  3. Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan problem solving yang baik / dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
  4. Memiliki keterampilan negosiasi, presentasi, demontrasi produk yang handal
  5. Mampu menggunakan Ms. Office ( Word, Excel, PPT)
  6. Jujur, Cekatan dan memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi
  7. Bersedia dinas / ditempatkan di luar Pulau
