  • Mengetahui semua pelanggan repeater dan mengetahui permintaan khusus pelanggan, memastikan permintaan pelanggan terpenuhi sesuai dengan peraturan perusahaan.
  • Mewakili perusahaan dengan cara yang profesional dan sopan.
  • Membangun komunikasi yang baik dengan pelanggan pelanggan.
  • Menyambut, mendaftarkan dan menetapkan kunci atau kartu kamar untuk tamu.
  • Memberikan informasi tentang layanan yang tersedia di hotel dan dalam komunitas.
  • Memverifikasi kredit pelanggan dan menetapkan bagaimana pelanggan dapat menbayar akomodasinya.
  • Membantu regristasi tamu dan memberikan kamar sesuai pesanan dan permintaan khusus.
  • Mempromosikan dan menjual kamar.
  • Meninjau rekening tamu yang akan check-in / check-out.
  • Menerima pembayaran untuk account.
  • Menyeimbangkan account kas.
  • Memberitahu bagian Housekeeping mengenai kamar yang telah kosong dan siap untuk dibersihkan.
  • Merespon pertanyaan tentang reservasi.
  • Menangani keluhan tamu dan merujukan pelanggan yang tidak puas kepada manajemen.
  • Memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap administrative
  • Memahami tata cara pemakaian House Bank
  • Menggunakan etika telepon dengan baik dan benar
  • Mencatat semua kebutuhan tamu, serta melakukan over-handle dengan staff lain dengan benar dan akurat.

Pendidikan minimal SMK jurusan Perhotelan / Pariwisata
