We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their stay. This role is central to delivering Praia's signature warm, personal experience — from pre-arrival coordination to post-stay feedback.

Praia Villas is a boutique management and hospitality company in Bali, partnering with property owners to manage and grow a curated portfolio of uniquely designed villas.

We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their stay. This role is central to delivering Praia's signature warm, personal experience — from pre-arrival coordination to post-stay feedback.

Responsibilities:


• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests post-booking


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences


• Handle pre-arrival requests, special arrangements, and onsite needs


• Manage post-stay communications and collect guest feedback


• Support operational excellence and maintain brand standards

Requirements:


• 2–3 years' experience in hospitality, customer service, or villa management


• Excellent communication in English (Bahasa Indonesia a plus)


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask


• Positive, guest-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills


• Comfortable working in a hybrid office/field environment in Bali
