Guest Relation Officer - Surf Camp

About the Role:

This full-time, on-site position at a surf camp in Bali requires a highly motivated individual with strong guest service and communication skills. The Guest Relation Officer will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience from arrival to departure. This role requires a proactive approach to guest needs, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Experience:

l Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests.

l Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.

l Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

l Resolve guest complaints and issues effectively, demonstrating strong conflict resolution skills.

l Proactively anticipate guest needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and assistance.

l Monitor and manage the guest experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

l Provide information about the surf camp's facilities, services, and local attractions.

l Coordination and Communication:

l Serve as the primary point of contact for guest communication, both in person and through various channels (phone, email, messaging apps).

l Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, surf instructors, kitchen staff) to address guest needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

l Communicate effectively with management regarding guest feedback, issues, and operational needs.

l Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.

  1. Surf Camp Specifics:

l Coordinate surf lessons, activities, and transportation.

l Provide information about surf conditions, safety guidelines, and local surf spots.

l Assist with the organization of social events and activities for guests.

  1. General Operations:

l Support the management team with guest-related reports and feedback.

l Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

l Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

l Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

  1. Requirements:

l Able to speak English

l Problem Solving & Conflict Resolutions

l Communication & customer service skills

l Passion and knowledge of surf will be an advantage points

l Professional appearance and attitude

l Experience in Front Office area and know how to manage reservation & bookings

l Experience to manage a team and able to manage the schedule

l Sites are located in Canggu area, Bali

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Trial period contract
