Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for an Activities Assistant. The Activities Assistant will coordinate and facilitate recreational programs, workshops, and events that engage and enrich participants' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities include planning and organizing group activities, providing support and assistance to participants, and creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. The role may also involve collaborating with team members to tailor programs to meet participants' needs and interests, ensuring an enjoyable and safe environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with participants and respond to their needs effectively.
  • Experience in organizing and leading Recreation and group activities with a focus on promoting active engagement.
  • Knowledge or experience in Elder Care and supporting participants in diverse well-being programs.
  • Skills in Training and facilitating to enable effective delivery of programs and activities.
  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to working with diverse groups of people.
