We're looking for a data-driven and result-oriented
Live Stream Operator (E-Commerce)
to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in operating livestream software, monitoring and analyzing livestream session, making and executing livestream strategy to grow our Home Living brand's traffic and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up all equipment for live streaming sessions.
  • Monitor and analyze live performance (viewers, engagement, GMV, etc)
  • Coordinate with the host and team leader to create briefings and ensure the live session runs according to plan.
  • Manage interactive features such as live chat, polls, comments, and promotional tools (flash sale, vouchers, pinned products).
  • Record and report live session performance results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in livestream operations field.
  • Detail-oriented and highly responsible
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area) with shifting system and can join ASAP.
  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiar with e-commerce platform, live streaming features, and
    livestream software, such as OBS.
