Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Jakarta for a Live Streaming Manager specializing in skincare and cosmetic products. The Live Streaming Manager will be responsible for organizing and hosting live-streaming sessions, demonstrating products, engaging with viewers in real-time, and answering customer inquiries about products. The role requires the ability to curate and execute creative live content strategies to boost audience engagement and drive sales. The manager will also oversee live session production quality and provide post-session analysis to enhance future sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Live Streaming Manager/Leader, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Prior experience as a live streaming host, presenter, or similar role is an advantage.
  • Skilled in developing engaging, creative, and authentic ideas to promote the brand.
  • Strong interest in the beauty industry and up-to-date with current trends.
  • Basic technical skills in operating streaming equipment.
  • Communicative, proactive, initiative-driven, analytical, problem solver, and data-driven (capable of analyzing and solving problems based on data).
  • Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Instagram
