Job Description
  • Memimpin dan mengarahkan seluruh fungsi keuangan, akuntansi, investasi, serta perencanaan strategis perusahaan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan jangka panjang IPG.
  • Mengembangkan strategi keuangan korporat yang selaras dengan visi, misi, dan prioritas bisnis perusahaan.
  • Mengawasi dan mengoptimalkan seluruh aspek pengelolaan keuangan, termasuk budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, capital expenditure, dan profit optimization.
  • Merancang dan menegakkan sistem kontrol internal serta kebijakan keuangan yang menjamin transparansi, akurasi, dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi.
  • Memimpin proses perencanaan dan analisis keuangan (FP&A) untuk memberikan insight strategis kepada manajemen terkait kinerja, risiko, dan peluang bisnis.
  • Mengelola dan menilai portofolio investasi perusahaan, termasuk inisiatif ekspansi, akuisisi, kemitraan strategis, dan diversifikasi bisnis.
  • Melakukan analisis kelayakan investasi serta pengelolaan risiko finansial untuk memastikan pengembalian dan keberlanjutan investasi yang optimal.
  • Berperan aktif dalam perumusan strategi bisnis jangka panjang, bekerja sama dengan CEO dan eksekutif lain untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dan nilai.
  • Membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan bank, investor, regulator, dan pemangku kepentingan eksternal, memastikan kepercayaan dan kredibilitas finansial perusahaan.
  • Mengembangkan dan membimbing tim keuangan yang profesional, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada high performance culture.
  • Menjaga komitmen terhadap tata kelola yang baik (Good Corporate Governance), integritas, dan akuntabilitas di seluruh aktivitas keuangan dan investasi perusahaan.

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Keuangan, Akuntansi, Ekonomi, atau Manajemen Bisnis; S2 atau sertifikasi profesional (CPA, CFA, CMA) menjadi nilai tambah.
  2. Pengalaman kerja minimal 10–15 tahun di bidang keuangan korporat, termasuk minimal 5 tahun pada posisi manajerial senior atau eksekutif.
  3. Memiliki pengalaman kuat dalam strategic finance, corporate investment, merger & acquisition, dan capital management.
  4. Pengalaman di industri FMCG, consumer goods, atau manufacturing sangat diutamakan.
  5. Keterampilan analisis keuangan dan bisnis yang sangat baik, dengan kemampuan membuat keputusan strategis berbasis data.
  6. Memahami prinsip Good Corporate Governance, manajemen risiko, kepatuhan, dan peraturan keuangan yang berlaku.
  7. Kuat dalam stakeholder management dan mampu berkomunikasi efektif dengan dewan direksi, investor, dan mitra strategis.
  8. Kepemimpinan yang visioner, strategis, dan mampu menyeimbangkan antara stabilitas keuangan dan ambisi pertumbuhan bisnis.
  9. Integritas tinggi, orientasi hasil, serta kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap dinamika bisnis yang cepat.
