Job Descriptions:

  • Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives and marketing
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, making adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments, including product development and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall sales and marketing strategies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
    in any major
  • Experienced min. 5 years
    as Sales & Marketing Manager from a
    Developer Company
  • High organization and planning skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
