Job Description :

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies, including partnerships with companies, insurance providers, and community organizations.
  • Manage hospital branding, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct hospital performance analysis, competitor mapping, and prepare achievement reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and negotiations with business partners, doctors, and relevant institutions.
  • Lead and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve targets and ensure service delivery aligns with market needs.
  • Develop and execute business plans and department budgets while monitoring their implementation.
  • Perform market segmentation and analyze patient needs to create effective marketing programs.
  • Supervise the development of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, website content, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and ethical standards.
  • Support and enhance patient experience in relation to marketing programs and partnerships.
  • Develop strategic partnership programs such as corporate health programs, medical check-up packages, and specialty service collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Management, or Communications.
  • At least 5 year of experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager in the healthcare industry.
  • Good understanding of hospital services such as medical check-ups, specialty services, BPJS, and private insurance workflows.
  • Strong business analysis and budgeting skills, including forecasting and evaluating marketing ROI.
  • Experience managing B2B partnerships with companies, clinics, doctors, and insurance providers.
