Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales, Program manager to ensure excellent service to customers.
  • Day-day order processing, to verify the PO pricing versus the quote price, MOQ and shipment term.
  • Day-day order tracking, to confirm the material availability, production capacity and delivery schedule.
  • Expediting urgent demands on material and production to satisfy customer' requirement.
  • Regular meeting with planners and update customers for the status on accounts.
  • Participation needed to require meeting with PM/Sales/Customers.
  • Prepare the documents and report for customers.
  • Analysis on Negative margin products and report the finding as well as the solution.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or business related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing Company
  • Able to speak, read and type in English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics and manage customer relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability
  • Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
  • Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude
