Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Mencari dan menjangkau prospek baru melalui berbagai saluran.

  • Melakukan discovery call untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan prospek.

  • Menjaga hubungan hingga prospek siap di eksekusi.

  • Melakukan riset pasar dan analisis kompetitor.

  • Menyiapkan proposal dan materi presentasi untuk pitching.

  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait kebutuhan klien.

  • Memperbarui aktivitas dan data prospek di CRM.

  • Memenuhi target outreach, qualified leads, dan konversi pipeline.

  • Melakukan riset dan kunjungan lapangan langsung secara mandiri.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1, pengalaman 1–2 tahun di BD/Sales/AE.

  • Memahami proses penjualan, riset pasar, dan basic analisis data.

  • Komunikasi, negosiasi, dan interpersonal yang baik.

  • Terbiasa melakukan prospecting dan discovery call.

  • Mampu bekerja target-oriented, proaktif, dan kolaboratif.

  • Lebih disukai familiar dengan CRM dan pembuatan proposal/presentasi.

  • Diutamakan yg terbiasa melakukan dealing project secara mandiri

  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi bisnis yang baik, keterampilan presentasi yang jelas dan meyakinkan, serta kemampuan berpikir analitis dalam memahami kebutuhan dan peluang bisnis.
