Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  • Melakukan survey lapangan untuk mencari lokasi potensial pembukaan outlet baru.
  • Menentukan lokasi potensial untuk pembukaan outlet baru dan menilai analisis kelayakan investasi.
  • Mengumpulkan data traffic, kompetitor, dan demografi area.
  • Membuat laporan hasil survey lengkap dan akurat untuk RTO (Ready To Open Outlet)
  • Melakukan komunikasi & negosiasi awal dengan pemilik lahan/ruko/ stakeholder.
  • Menganalisis tren pasar, kebutuhan konsumen, dan pergerakan kompetitor untuk menentukan arah bisnis.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan vendor, kontraktor, dan pihak ketiga untuk kelancaran proyek.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan S1 Manajemen Bisnis / Teknik Sipil
  • Minimal 3 tahun sebagai surveyor/Business Development di industri F&B/Retail.
  • Mahir menganalisa pemetaan lokasi, analisa potensi pasar, dan analisa kompetitor.
  • Mahir mengelola pekerjaan project building dengan target dan deadline
  • Komunikatif, teliti, jujur, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi.
  • Wajib mobile/visit ke lapangan sesuai jadwal yang ditetapkan (Memiliki SIM A diutamakan)
  • Terbiasa bekerja di lapangan (cuaca panas, mobilitas tinggi, banyak berpindah lokasi).
  • Memiliki minat belajar tinggi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kompetensi
