Role Description

This is a temporary role as an Information Technology Project Coordinator, based on-site in Malang. The IT Project Coordinator will oversee the coordination and execution of IT projects, ensuring deadlines are met and project objectives are achieved. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project milestones, tracking deliverables, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Additional responsibilities may involve communicating project risks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Skill in Project Coordination and Project Management, with an ability to plan, structure, and oversee technology projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Information Technology, including a strong understanding of IT systems, tools, and processes.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate project data, assess risks, and ensure project success.
  • Excellent Communication abilities for clear and effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience or certifications such as PMP or ITIL are beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
