Role Description

This is a fulltime (contract) role for a
Fullstack Developer
at PT. Zona Karya Nusantara, located in Malang. The Fullstack Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web-based applications by working on both frontend and backend components. Daily tasks include building user-friendly interfaces, developing APIs, managing databases, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business needs and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue or similar frameworks)
  • Strong knowledge of backend technologies , PHP/Laravel, Python/Django, or similar)
  • Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL)
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration
  • Experienced in developing or maintaining POS (Point of Sale) systems and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
  • Familiar with business process flows related to retail operations and HR systems
  • Familiar with version control systems (Git)
  • Basic understanding of application security and performance optimization
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide effective technical solutions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
  • Having a portfolio or GitHub repository is preferred
  • Willing to be placed in Malang
  • Able to join ASAP
