IT System Implementor

As an IT Application Support at PT. Inovasi Digital Sejahtera, you will play a crucial role in supporting software implementation, customer assistance, and knowledge transfer. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to grow in a dynamic and client-facing environment, especially those passionate about technology, systems, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement software solutions at the client's site and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with solution designers or system analysts to perform quality assurance (QA) testing on applications.
  • Act as the first line of support or helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Conduct training sessions and transfer knowledge on business processes and applications to customers.
  • Handle live deployment preparation, including data migration, system configuration, and application setup.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for ongoing projects, including issue logs and timesheets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum fresh graduate from a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, or related fields).
  • Solid understanding of databases, robust in Microsoft SQL query writing.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
  • Prior knowledge of distribution processes is a strong advantage.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, especially in customer-facing scenarios.
  • Willing to travel across Indonesia as needed.
  • Willing to work on-site in Malang, East Java.
