Property Legal Advisor

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Property Legal Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing accurate and timely legal advice on real estate transactions, including sale, purchase, and leasing of real properties.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Conducting title searches and due diligence to ensure the validity of real estate transactions.
  • Representing clients in negotiations and litigation related to real properties.
  • Advising on zoning issues, land use, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as real estate agents, land experts, and financial advisors, to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Law degree
  • Relevant previous experience at least 1 year in real estate law, preferably with practical experience in drafting real estate contracts, handling real estate disputes, and title searches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language : English / Indonesian
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Currently living in Bali (Those who apply outside Bali will not be considered)
