Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist in marketing campaigns, support sales activities, coordinate customer service efforts, and contribute to brand building initiatives. Key responsibilities include client communication, promoting products and services, attending training sessions to enhance skills, and assisting the sales team in meeting targets. The intern will also be involved in gathering feedback from customers and contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Sales and Sales Management abilities to support the execution of sales initiatives, meet sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Experience or willingness to partake in Training to continuously develop skills necessary to thrive in the role.
  • Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for learning and contributing to various marketing activities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of marketing trends in the Food & Beverage, Education, or Wellness industries is a plus.
