Sales Intern

Portcities is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Intern to join our team in Indonesia. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in solution-based sales within the ERP industry. You will support our sales and consulting teams in identifying business opportunities, preparing client proposals, and building strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about ERP, business solutions, and developing a career in sales.
Your core objectives will be :
- Lead Support:Assist in managing inbound and outbound leads by qualifying potential clients and coordinating meetings with the Consulting team.
- Customer Relationship Assistance: Support the team in maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, helping to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Documentation: Help prepare proposals, quotations, and presentation materials in line with client needs and Portcities' services.
- Market Research: Conduct research on target industries and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Update and maintain CRM data to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and opportunities.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing online and offline events, webinars, and other marketing activities to promote Portcities' services.
- Cross-Functional Collaborations: Work closely with the Consulting team to support ongoing projects and learn about the ERP sales process.
- Learning & Development: Gain hands-on experience in solution-based sales, ERP system (especially Odoo), and business consulting practices.
- Content Localization: Assist in localizing the marketing content to the country's local language to enhance market presence.
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, Information System or a related field.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal teams, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
- Communication and Presentation: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to clients.
- Problem-Solving: Master in the art of asking the right questions to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Adaptability: A fast learner who can quickly adapt to changing environments and technologies.
- Language Skills: Native/Fluent in English is required
- Open for Indonesian nationals and expatriates.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
