Description

Merencanakan dan berkoordinasi terkait pembelian Raw Material (RM) dan/atau Packaging Material (PM) dan/atau Finished Goods (FG) yang diperlukan untuk proses produksi internal DXM maupun toll site; sesuai dengan kebutuhan operations dan projects dalam Business Unit DXM, berdasarkan spesifikasi kualitas, kuantitas, dan waktu yang ditentukan.

Responsibilities
  1. Menyusun rencana pembelian RM dan/atau PM dan/atau FG berdasarkan kebutuhan operations dan project Business Unit DXM.
  2. Bernegosiasi dengan supplier dan manufacturer dalam proses pembelian RM dan/atau PM dan/atau FG serta melakukan analisa harga dan benefit untuk mendapatkan term supply yang optimal (harga, TOP, Delivery, MQQ/ Quantity).
  3. Memantau pengiriman RM dan/atau PM dan/atau FG (mulai dari shipment hingga penyimpanan dalam Gudang materials); serta berkoordinasi untuk mengatasi masalah pengiriman yang terjadi, termasuk jika terjadi reject.
  4. Mengumpulkan, memeriksa kelengkapan, dan filing dokumen yang dibutuhkan untuk memastikan kualitas RM dan/atau PM dan/atau FG yang dipesan sesuai dengan ketentuan spesifikasi dan standar.
  5. Mengelola dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap supplier dan manufacturer RM dan/atau PM dan/atau FG secara berkala untuk memastikan konsistensi kualitas dan update terkait perubahan yang terjadi (pabrik bahan baku, harga, dsb), serta melakukan follow up lebih lanjut.
  6. Membuat laporan kerja secara rutin, analisa potensi masalah dan rekomendasi solusi berdasarkan pertimbangan resiko jangka pendek dan jangka panjang.
Qualifications
  • Pendidikan S1 Farmasi / Profesi Apoteker
  • Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan melamar
  • Bahasa inggris aktif
  • Memiliki komunikasi dan kemampuan negosiasi yang baik
  • Penempatan: Head Office, Bintaro
