As a Sales Spv , you will play a critical role in creating and implementing effective sales strategies, leading the team to achieve targets, and driving business growth for our organization.

Requirements:
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to create and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide a sales team towards consistent success.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure goals are met.
  • Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and create actionable plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to improve team performance and sales outcomes.
