Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan S1 berbagai jurusan (diutamakan jurusan Marketing & Teknik).
- Berpengalaman min. 2-3 Tahun sebagai Supervisor/Manager Sales (diutamakan home appliances, FMCG).
- Berorientasi pada target dan hasil.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi baik, jujur, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi.
- Mampu memberikan strategi untuk mencapai target penjualan (sales plan)
- Mampu menjalin hubungan baik dengan klien & mencari peluang bisnis.
- Bersedia bekerja mobile dan menguasai AREA PENEMPATAN.
- BERDOMISILI AREA PENEMPATAN (PEKANBARU, BANGKA BELITUNG, PALEMBANG, KALIMANTAN)
Job Desc:
- Mengelola dan memantau aktivitas di toko (kunjungan, perawatan, dan pengecekan).
- Menangani aktivitas sales di area distribusi.
- Melakukan presentasi, negosiasi, kunjungan, follow up prospek (MT/GT/toko/distributor).
- Melakukan penjualan produk sesuai dan mencapai target yang telah ditentukan.
- Mendapat pelanggan baru (NOO) untuk memperluas jaringan distribusi perusahaan.
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan existing dan baru.
- Melaporkan aktivitas penjualan, prospek, dan pencapaian target kepada atasan.
- Melakukan riset pasar dan menganalisis tren untuk mendukung strategi penjualan.
