Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales and increase market share
  • Monitor and analyse e-commerce data, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise the customer experience and boost revenue
  • Provide excellent customer service to e-commerce customers, resolving issues and ensuring a positive brand experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to continuously improve the e-commerce channel
  • Pitching potential seller and boost sales

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling an e-commerce channel (marketplaces and direct platforms).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing).
  • Analytical Prowess: Proven ability to analyze complex sales data, identify key trends, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated success in seller/partner acquisition and effective sales pitching.
