Responsibility

  • Maintaining day-to-day e-commerce activities (product listings, inventory, pricing, ads, campaigns)
  • Developing sales strategies for each ecommerce platforms
  • Maintaining good relationship with customers and external partners
  • Analyzing current market trends and competitors
  • Troubleshooting any issues that arise in the e-commerce process
  • Handling customer complaints

Qualifications

  • Min. 2 years of experience in marketplaces (Tiktok/Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli)
  • Analytical Skills and ability to interpret sales data
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools (Ads, Live, Affiliates)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic design skill (Canva, Photoshop)
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
