Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Business Development professional, based in Serpong with some opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include identifying and generating sales leads, conducting market research to identify business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves developing sales strategies, pitching solutions to prospective clients, and contributing to the organization's mission to create social and environmental impact.
We want someone who already have a network of prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and analyze potential business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build long-term relationships.
- Proficient in Analytical Skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights for business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment.
- Ability to close deals, take meetings and be able to passionately present the impact
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in social enterprises or sustainability-focused organizations is an advantage.
We have a base + commission compensation structure.
