We are seeking a
Mandarin Translator
who is fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian, with a strong ability to support
administrative tasks
and
business communications
. The ideal candidate will assist management and operational teams by ensuring accurate translation and smooth communication with Mandarin-speaking partners, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate written documents from
    Mandarin to Indonesian
    and vice versa (emails, reports, contracts, meeting notes).
  • Provide
    oral interpretation
    during meetings, business discussions, and calls with Mandarin-speaking parties.
  • Support
    administrative tasks
    , including document preparation, filing, data entry, and reporting.
  • Assist in
    business correspondence
    , such as drafting emails, letters, and official documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company documents and business information.
  • Perform other duties related to translation and administration as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in
    Mandarin (spoken and written)
    ; proficient in Indonesian.
  • Preferably has experience in
    administrative work
    and
    business conversations
    .
  • Good understanding of business terminology and professional communication.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work onsite in PIK (Pantai Indah Kapuk).
